Hi Simon,
Sorry to hear about your accident. I was in BKK last year, and thought my tuk-tuk driver was going to give us a spill. But I think he was just having fun with the farang.

In any event, I would also be interested in further information on the diplomatic program.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Simon, sorry to hear about your rib. It reminded me of when I broke a couple many years back (#'s 2&3?), so I want to pass this tip to you. If you find it painful when trying to sleep, as I myself did, I recommend trying a waveless soft-sided waterbed, it was sheer bliss to lay on and put no pressure on the dicky ribs. I found perfect relief by lying on my back and placing my hands on or under the pillow, just behind or beneath my head, or either side of the pillow. Prior to that, I dreaded every breath as I lay awake cursing myself for climbing off a balcony and landing on my chest across the raised tailgate of a ute (pickup truck, to your U.S.A readers) Ouch! does not describe it. Got winded so badly that it seemed like forever before I was able to draw breath.

I'm going to do a search now on the herb once called "Bone Knit" as I think I cracked a tibia 2 nights ago.

I hope you heal quickly, and me too.
