Are you egging him on to raise the price? At the same time we realize this is alot of valuable information to say the least but can you stop egging him on to raise the price, if that is what's happening? Many of us still do not have the 2nd part of the 2nd citizenship article that you sent out in e-mail early this year! I agree Simon, it certainly increases the motivation to take action.
