I have already had one less than pleasant business experience there. I have remitted my "pre-notification form". I missed the "lottery" on the last offer and don't want to miss out on it again. I would set an alarm to check my email every two hours if I only knew a block of time. Even 48 hours. For myself it is worth much more than the $297 Ben I have sincere and serious interest in Panama.
