Nice clarification of your thoughts regarding your own lifeboat philosophy Simon. Well stated.

My personal thoughts on the subject are…in a concise statement: Passports, Gold, Guns (where necessary) and gees (an Afrikaans word meaning spirit).

Alternate passports seem to me to be probably the cheapest form of catastrophe insurance there is available and why stop at one or two.

I would personally be interested in information on online businesses. Maybe more of Matt’s thing but this is something I am very keen on pursuing as I have some ideas but to have an easy effective means of putting it all together would be valuable to me.

Hello Simon,
My husband and I thoroughly enjoy your newsletter. We heard you speak at the Casey seminar in Las Vegas a few months ago. At that time you told us that we could contact you for information regarding lawyers in Punta del Este. Of course since then you have put out this email and we see you are working on getting the Black Papers together. We have residency in Panama and the storage facility possibility interests us. We have looked for property there for many years. Still keeping our eyes out for something interesting. For now we have found a place in Punta dealing with Reynolds Realty and they have suggested a notary that they use but we would like to have an attorney to use for our POA. My husband has been reading Casey for years. We’ve been to La Estancia de Cafayate and like the area very much. After living in Las Vegas for quite some time we are ready for a little quieter lifestyle. Yet Punta offers more diversity. Are you taking time for any private meetings? If so we would be interested? Will you be at the Casey seminar in Denver next month?
