We are in deflation folks, do not get clipped! Deflation makes debt unbearable. Rents also are a function of wages and with unemployment rising, do you want to risk money on current valuations? Other places in the world may be a better bargain due to the fact their markets have not had the access to easy cash ours did, therefore, they may have a correction but not to the extent we will. Many people in Asia buy apartment buildings for CASH, no leverage. Thats why their markets will recover faster than ours.
