Hi there. I would love to know of your thoughts on what business activities you think are currently a good idea in the current economic climate. I live in NZ and am searching for opportunities that make sense. There currently is immense demand for small businesses that produce almost any income. A lot of stuff is selling for ridiculous prices where there are little to no assets. In other words people are hunting for income and paying a pretty penny for it too. I would be interested to know what areas or sectors you think worthy of investigating.

Since "contact us" doesn't work on the web site, I'm hoping someone will find my note here.

I would appreciate some more complete way to search the website, both the article archive and user comments. It seems the only choices are "recent articles" (the most recent five of them) and "popular topics," found in a semilegible text block. I like unpopular topics. I also want to be able to come here and satisfy the itch to know, for example, 'what was it he said about Honduras last year?'

Hello!
I have a few questions for you. My ancestors (my deceased mother's father and mother) were born in Lithuania. My brother-in-law is still living so is my mother (both born in the US) and my brother-in-law has the certificate of birth of his father in his possession I understand. Is this document by itself enough for me to gain Lithuanian citizenship? Also, were would I go to begin the process for citizenship? Thank you.

FDIC "insurance" is not really insurance as it doesn't have have reserves set aside to pay all possible claims. They do have keys to the printing press though.

Here is an article from mainstream media on the subject http://www.usatoday.com/money/world/2009-07-01-canada-bank-regulation_N.htm
